Tattoos are a fun and daring way to express individuality. Body art has been a chosen form of self expression for many years, dating back well into the history books. However, it's not at all uncommon for people to get carried away and soon discover that they are regretting that permanent picture of their favorite Disney character or fire breathing skull.
